:Responsibilities
-Forecast delivery volumes, by analyzing historical deliveries and budgets, to plan team size and staffing schedules for restaurants*
-Oversee the delivery function for all restaurants*
– Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely Manner*
– Ensure timely delivery by effective scheduling and optimizing delivery routes*
– Ensure proper handling of food during the delivery process to maintain high hygiene standards*
– Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence and Safety*
