Digital marketing Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic digital marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Enarat with the following criteria
Responsibilities*
Prepare and monitor the digital marketing budget on an annual and semiannual basis*
Prepare yearly marketing activities calendar*
Ensure that different digital marketing activities support building the right brand image and contributing to increased brand awareness*
Coordination with the sales team to ensure that digital marketing activities are supporting them in achieving sales targets*
Monitor digital marketing budget and expenses to achieve the highest return investment*
Manage different advertising campaigns from concept ideas to final evaluation*
Manage digital marketing team including graphic designers and specialists*
Monitor consumer behavior and recommend changes to product mix*
Assess all digital marketing activities to identify the channels/activities with the highest return*
Manage relations with key service providers, media agencies, public figures, and influencers*
Identify areas for potential growth including new products, regions, or channels*
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns*
Recommend new products and product lines based on market trends analysis*
Assist in analyzing digital marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies*
Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as Facebook, email marketing, videos, and blogs*
Develops and manages social content calendars and value-added content solutions to prompt engagement and activate consumers through social media*
:Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing or business administration*
• Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan*
• High knowledge of different digital marketing tools including Facebook, Instagram and Google*
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position*
• High communication skills*
• Good negotiation skills*
• High Creativity and innovation skills*
• Good taste in home interior is a plus*
