We are looking for Admission and Registration Officer – Job Remotely.
Job Description:
-Receive new applicants and provide information about admission application procedures.
-Accepting and filtering student applications.
-Request, monitor and process registration form.
-Assist in liaising frequently with Finance department staff with respect to fees and accepting payments to be forwarded to Finance.
-Creates, maintains, and verifies student files and course records for internal and external use including the production of official transcripts.
Job Requirements:
-Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a related discipline.
-2- 5 years of related experience in a student records environment, preferably within a higher education institution.
-Previous experience in scheduling and registration is preferred.
-Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
-Excellent command of English language skills.
