we’re looking for an “Energetic Female Moderator” for a Fashion brand
Job responsibilities
-Response for messages through platforms FB/instagram.
-Follow up with operation team for any requests.
-Communicate with customers and solve any problem connected with any other departments.
Job Requirements
-Have a experience from 1-3 years in alternative field (customer service/ operation/ moderation)
-Have experience in sales is a Bouns
-Must have a Laptop
-excellent English (can make a full conversation)
-Have a knowledge in fashion and fabrics is a Bouns
-Know basics about ERP systems and how to work on it

working hours: 8 hours (10 am – 6 pm)
Totally work from HOME
1 paid week training in Nasr City
