– ( Sales Executive ) / full time
– ( Ticketing Agent – full packages ) / full time
– ( online sales executive ) from home / shifts
* Can manage all tickets requests reservations.
* Can issue, reissue and refund airline, hotels tickets to the customers.
* Handling customer inquiries from the beginning of the inquiry to its closing.
* Interact with clients over Phone, E-mail and other ways of communication.
* Follow-up with customers to maintain their satisfaction.
* Manage ticketing deadlines and canceled itineraries.
* Maintain the accurate review on the airline rules, policies and penalties.
– Excellent in English
– 1 Experience in tourism industry or Bc in tourism is a MUST
– Target achiever
– Strong follow up skills
– Preferable experience in gulf
Location : Heliopolis
