Job description
1.Responsible for assisting our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
2.Responsible for solving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information technology or related field
2 From 3-4 years pf experience in the same position
3.Familiar with the electronic payment industry (preferred)
4.Strong communication and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent English and Arabic business writing skills
Working Conditions
Hybrid ( At the office is required only 2-4 days per month. )
