Job Title: Dealer Network Development (Kayan Group: SEAT)
KAYAN Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealer Network Development to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry.
As the Dealer Network Development, you will play a crucial role in expanding and optimizing our dealer network to enhance our market presence and drive sales growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, as well as external Dealers, to identify potential dealership opportunities and develop strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with dealerships.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and evaluate potential dealership opportunities.
Research for a new strategic location in a new market area to expand the dealership network and follow up on business compared with feasibility and assumption.
Develop and execute a comprehensive dealer network development plan, induding dealer selection, onboarding, and ongoing support.
Provide support to dealerships to optimize their performance and ensure adherence to company CI.
Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of dealerships, implementing corrective actions as necessary to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure that the dealers are following the up-to-date corporate identity of the brand
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Applied Arts, or any relevant field
1-3 years of experience in the same or relevant field.
Excellent Negotiation Skills
Strong interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
