– Tasks and Duties:-
Generate reports
Prepare presentations
Manage paperwork and filing
Order supplies and schedule office equipment maintenance
Manage calendars
Schedule meetings
Handle travel arrangements
Answer phones and screen/direct calls
Take meeting minutes
Conduct research
Assist visitors
Review, organize, and answer emails
Maintain contact lists
Distribute memos
Manage expense reports
– Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Fresh Grades are welcome.
Experience : 0 to 1 year.
High communication skills
Willing to learn
Presentable
Ability to multitask
Good in Microsoft office ( excel – word – PowerPoint )
Good to very good in English
2 days off( Friday – Saturday )
work hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Location preferred: Around new Cairo ( Nasr city – Zahra Nasr city – 1st settlement – 5th settlement – new cairo )
