” We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates to onboarding process and finalize the process. ”
Job Description :
– Post vacant jobs on all available sourcing channels including ( LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment websites and other social media sites).
– Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
– Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
– Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
– Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
– Sending and welcome Email for the newly hired.
– Respond new comers inquiries .
– Following Up within Probation Period and after 3 months probation Period to track the Performance.
Job Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist From 3 to 4 years
Specially Recruiting at ( Sales Position – Blue Collars) .
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Familiarity with HRIS Software.
– Excellent in Microsoft Suite.
– Experience at Automotive industry is preferred.
Working Condition :
– Working Hours : 8 Hours (9 AM to 5:00 PM).
– Days : 6 Days ( From Saturday to Thursday )
