Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Moderator at Gulf Consulting Financial Company. The Moderator will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing online content posted on the company’s website and social media platforms. Daily tasks include moderating and responding to comments, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and escalating issues as necessary. The Moderator will also collaborate with other departments to improve the user experience and resolve issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and moderation policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Prior experience in moderation or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with Sales is a plus
