Job Description
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Job
Requirements:
• At least 3+ years of experience in a design role
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise
• Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or related field
• Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
•Experience in real estate is a must
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
