• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
• Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
• A passion for social media and a keen understanding of current trends
