We are seeking a highly skilled Software supervisor to join our organization.
you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of software development projects within our company. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and experience with WooCommerce and WordPress platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and an ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion.
– Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
– Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project objectives are met.
– Coordinate and allocate resources, including developers, designers, and testers, to seamlessly execute project tasks.
– Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
– Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
– Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to gather and document project requirements.
– Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
– Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure software products are delivered to meet high standards.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development methodologies.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management.
– Strong knowledge and experience with WooCommerce and WordPress platforms.
– Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional development teams.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
– Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Qualifications:
– Extensive experience in software project management, with a focus on ecommerce platforms.
– Proficiency in using project management software tools.
– Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
– Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
– Strong analytical and technical skills to understand and resolve complex issues.
– Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
– PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
