We are immediately hiring a System Administrator in 10 the Ramadan
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of systems, servers,
• Manage Active directory and replications between HQ and Branches.
• Troubleshoot H/W and S/W errors by running diagnostics,
documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Create technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or IT relevant is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Information Technology Infrastructure and Systems Administration.
• Working Experience on Active Directory and DNS, Sophos, Pesense, vmware, HyperV,
• Working Experience on Backup Solutions and Disaster Recovery policies and best practices.
• Experience with software management – installations, patching of OS/apps, etc.
• Experience with help desk and asset
management solutions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle confrontation when necessary.
• Excellent
problem-solving, decision-making, and logical reasoning skills.
• Excellent adaptability and self-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical observation skills.
