senior Payroll and Personnel Specialist
*Duties and responsibilities:-*
– Manage payroll process for 1300+ factory employees.
– Compile employee timesheets and prepare Payroll including salaries, incentives, overtime pay, deductions.
– Prepare monthly Egyptian Social Insurance payments.
– Maintain records of employee leaves, loans and garnishment; apply appropriately on payroll.
– Ensure schedules, pay rates, allowances and deductions are applied correctly.
– Audit completed payroll runs and related financial records.
– Keep updated on Egyptian labor, payroll compliance and national Authority for social insurance regulations.
*Qualifications* :-
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or relevant field.
– 5+ years handling payroll for a big manufacturing firms.
– Proficient in Excel.
– Proficient in Power Query
– Proficient in ZK
– Extensive knowledge of Egypt social insurance, income tax and employment regulations.
– Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
– High attention to detail within ability to maintain confidentiality.
– Self driven and flexible with the capability to handle payroll snags.
– Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
– salary 10k to 12k
