The System Administrator will be responsible for managing Microsoft Windows Server environments and handling IT requests from employees. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our server infrastructure and providing timely support to resolve IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Windows Server administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to IT support.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 : 5 years of relevant Experience with Certification will be an advantage.
•Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
•Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
•Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
•Experience with network management and security practices.
