Software Development Manager

We are hiring  “Software Development Manager” (Java, Angular, and Android) at E-payment company NTG Egypt
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced software development manager to lead our software development team at the National Technology Group (“NTG”) in Egypt.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, manage, and lead a software development team, guiding, coaching, and mentoring software development engineers.
– Provide project management and technical leadership, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle from research and development to design, evaluation, testing, and delivery to product management.
– Supervise the architecture and lead efforts to develop the technical roadmap for all projects.
– Establish software development standards, processes, and best practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-quality software.
– Collaborate closely with Engineers, Developers, and Product Management to influence product development and improve products.
– Build and maintain relationships with internal customers to understand their individual requirements and demonstrate how our products add value to their business.
– Conduct top-quality design reviews to achieve business goals.
– Manage resource allocation to ensure the attainment of business and personnel development goals.
– Participate in strategic planning to align technical and business objectives with the leadership chain, team, and customers.
– Manage and execute software development projects from beginning to end, evaluating projects, updating schedules, and supervising project status.
– Foster effective collaboration with team members through regular team meetings and open communication channels.
Qualifications:
– 7-10 years of experience in Java, Angular, and Android development.
– Strong experience in e-Payment, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
– Proven experience in developing, managing, and leading software development teams.
– Excellent project management and technical leadership skills.
– Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
– Strong knowledge of software architecture and the ability to develop technical roadmaps.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
