We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a #Senior_Training_Operations_Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees across various departments.

Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
– Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them.
– Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and videos.
Deliver training sessions using a variety of methodologies, such as classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants.
– Make continuous improvements to training materials and methodologies based on feedback and evaluation results.
– Provide guidance and support to junior training specialists, ensuring the quality and consistency of training programs.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs for new initiatives, system implementations, and process changes.
– Maintain training records and prepare reports to track training completion and effectiveness.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., – Training and Development, Human Resources) or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven(4-6 years ) experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
– Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
– Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
– Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
– Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
– Certification in training and development is a plus.
