EHFS is a leading Healthcare facility services company is currently seeking a dynamic, talented and experienced #HR_Specialist to join our team.
• Key Responsibilities :-
– Managing a diverse workforce in the organization to ensure efficient day-to day operations.
– Managing the full recruitment process (for both Blue and White collars) including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing Candidates.
– Following up of the employee’s life cycle, including onboarding and off boarding.
– Updating database with new hires data and Social Insurance records.
– Reviewing and checking all employee files, update contracts, and complete all employee documents.
– Dealing with the Social Insurance Office (Form 1, 2, 6).
• Main Requirements :-
– Previous experience at Facility Management or Food and Safety industry field is preferable.
– Bachelor degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
– From 1:3 years of solid experience as a HR Specialist or similar role.
– Cairo or Giza Residents are preferable.
– Proficiency of Office suite (Excel – Word – PowerPoint).
– Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
