Job Description

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Provide technical assistance and support for other systems, Printers, CCTV, Time Attendance, Internet Service, communications, and any other IT-related system.

Provide technical assistance and support for wired and wireless LAN and WAN communications.

Maintain and set up a new laptop, PCs, Printers, and other systems.
-
Provide support for end-users at multiple sites remotely.
Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT HelpDesk Technician or similar role.

Hands-on experience with Windows environments

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
