Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email and online.
- Providing support for customers to effectively resolve their queries.
- Updating our systems with complete and accurate details regarding your customer interactions.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in language (B2 ~ C1)
- Flexibility with rotational shifts (Morning, Night, and Overnight)
- Grad / Gap year / dropout (UG with no commitment)
- 3 – 6 six months of relevant Customer Service experience (preferred)

Salary
- English CS/Tech from 7,000 up to 18,000 EGP Gross
- French CS from 13,000 up to 16,000 EGP Gross
- French Tech from 12,000 up to 20,000 EGP Gross
- German CS from 13,000 up to 20,000 EGP Gross
- German Tech from 18,000 up to 25,000 EGP Gross
- Italian from 13,000 up to 16,000 EGP Gross
- Spanish from 13,000 up to 16,000 EGP Gross

35% Cost of living allowance will be added to all salaries mentioned above
