• Handle the sourcing activities using available different sourcing channels for and recommend new prospected channels if any.

• Screen applicants’ resumes and entering the data of potential candidates on the resourcing online tool and updating their status after each selection phase

• Sell the job, the company and the career opportunities to the potential pool in order to change the people perception on how they see the call centre industry and eventually increase the potential pool of applicants and referrals.

• Provide feedback brief session to each external candidate

• Manage the mass interview logistics on a rotational basis such as preparing the application and evaluation material, welcoming the candidates and leading them to the interview room, contacting the interviews no shows
