We are looking for a dedicated and experienced 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be an engineer with an administrative background, capable of handling both technical and administrative tasks.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤: Collect reviews and feedback from customers to understand their needs and expectations.
– 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐔𝐩: Regularly follow up with clients regarding implementation and maintenance needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
– 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: Follow up with customers who have received our product or service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
– 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Monitor delivery times and follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery of our products or services.
– 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬: Perform various administrative tasks as required.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
– 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞: A degree in engineering is required.
– 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
– 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
– 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦-𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
– 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Proficiency in MS Office.
– 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: Knowledge of woodworking industry or related fields is a plus.
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
– 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
– 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦: Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Residency near our location is preferred.
