Job description:
* Liaise between the client and internal teams
* Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
* Being the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
* Help clients through email, phone, online presentations and in person meetings if needed.
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to our timelines and client needs and objectives
* Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain our process including both timelines and guidelines.
* Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
* Keeping accurate records of all bookings
* Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
* Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
* Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client’s experience.
