Receptionist
*Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.
• Allocating guests rooms and providing keys.
• Respond to all guest inquiries and requests through phone, email & face to face.
• Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages, and delivering them.
• Manage guest bookings and reservations.
• Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.
• Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
• Providing information about services to customers and clients.
• Arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions.
• Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments.
*Job Qualifications and skills:
• Graduates only.
• 1-3 years of experience in a hotel receptionist or guest services role.
• Maximum Age 28.
• V. good command of English.
• Excellent in customer service, negotiation & communication Skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs.
• Males & Females can apply.
