The role

As a Senior Research Executive, Social Listening on the Digital Analytics team at Kantar, you’ll demonstrate domain expertise to provide business insights that matter to clients. We are seeking someone who has experience working with social listening tools and who will contribute to client proposals and reports.

This is an incredible opportunity for any researcher with social listening expertise to further develop your capabilities in market research and position yourself for expanded career opportunities. You will work on various projects on track, in close partnership with other departments at Kantar.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Execute analytics projects using your social listening expertise and knowledge.
  • Use social listening tools to supervise online conversations and track mentions of brands, products, consumers, and industry-related keywords.
  • Work on social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Crowd Analyzer …etc.
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify trends, sentiment, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Create and maintain reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights for the client.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and social media platform updates to continuously optimise social listening strategies.
  • Generate social listening specific reports and create insightful storytelling for the client.
  • Lead projects start to finish and you ensure a timely and effective delivery to the client.
  • Use your secondary research skills to obtain market data, ensure the data is clean and build dashboards.
  • Use your English & Arabic language proficiency to look after translations where needed.

Your profile

  • You have proven experience working with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker and/or Crowd Analyzer.
  • You have an academic education degree, combined with at least 2 years of work experience in the field of (digital) market research.
  • You are adaptable, flexible, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work.
  • You display high accuracy, an attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • You are fluent in both English and Arabic.
