Job Description
Position Summary:
Receptionist is the image of us the first line of communication in our clinic
Essential Job Functions:
Customer Service duties
-Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice according to our protocol and training
-Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
-Collect date from the patient and Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
-Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
-Updating patient records and documenting -recent treatments and procedures.
-Scheduling follow-up appointments and -providing telephonic reminders.
-Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
-Performing general office duties, such as -answering telephones, photocopying, filing
Administrative duties
-Receiving and Calls referring doctors, patients
-follow Stock level
-communicate with lab and follow their work
Accounting Duties
-Record accounting daily activities
-Updates billing system and Invoices
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related file
Proven experience working in a dental Clinic (preferably)
Exceptional Communication Skills
Presentation and selling skills
Proficient with using computer systems and typing
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
English Speaking
Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
Good telephone etiquette.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
