Personal Assistant is required for immediate hiring!
*Objectives of this role:-
-We’re looking for a CEO Personal Assistant at Construction.
-The CEO’s Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense management, and communication management.
*Responsibilities :-
-Handle the whole communications for the CEO.
-Prepare documents including reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
-Manage the CEO’s calendar.
-Schedule and coordinate internal & external meetings and appointments.
-Research and book transportation and accommodation for any necessary travel.
-Drafting and writing high-quality reports and presentations, as required by the CEO.
-Coordinate all arrangements for meetings of the top management committees to ensure that they are properly organized and conducted and that minutes are accurately recorded and circulated.
-Circulate decisions of the management and committees to all relevant parties and take any necessary follow-up action to record progress on these.
-Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to -determine their significance and plan their distribution.
-Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
-Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, and filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and streamlined office functioning.
-To perform any other duties as assigned by the direct Manager from time to time.
*Required skills and qualifications:-
-Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, both in verbal and written form.
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, booking travel, expense management, and calendar management.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
-The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Excellent command of English and Arabic (writing, reading, and speaking).
-Extensive verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
