Admin Secretary:
Urgently required for a large Engineering consulting company, Located in New Cairo
• Manage executive and company calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, schedules, and presentations.
• Managing office pantry supplies
• Procuring Stationary for the Office
• Coordinating with office building management for maintenance.
• Purchasing necessary office equipment
• Attendance Sheet preparation
• Go to Social Security if needed
• Maintain accounting & HR filling systems, make copies as necessary
• Writ the memo
• Handle some administrative and financial tasks.
• Handle additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good knowledge of Micro soft office
• good command of English
• 2 years of experience (Minimum)
