Requirements:
Minimum 3 year’s experience in this position.
– Experience in all HR functions (Recruitment – Payroll – personnel).
– Real Estate background is must.
– Presentable.
•Administer compensation and benefit plans.
•Understanding of general human resources policies
•Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
•Excellent communication and people skills.
•Aptitude in problem-solving.
•performance appraisal, employee relations, policy and process development, and HR reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Ready to join immediately.
* Location:- New Cairo.
• One day off (Friday )
