We are looking for a full Time office admin to manage our front desk for a clinic in Maadi :
• 5 days a week
and 2 days off
• Rotational shifts from 9 am to 5 pm or from 1pm to 9pm.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Bachelor Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Very Good English spoken and written
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Arrange appointments .
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
• Salary: 4500l.e
