Now hiring for a company working in the field of Property Management located in Al Mokattam:

* Front office Agent

*Job Description & Responsibilities:

– Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
– Manage online and phone reservations.
– Inform customers about payment methods.
– Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay).
– Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
– Provide information about the available rooms, rates and amenities.
– Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
– Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
– Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
– Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
– Taking bookings by phone, email or walk ins and recording all details in our online system.
– Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
· Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.

*Job Qualifications and skills:
· Graduates only.
· 1-3 years of experience as a Front office agent / Receptionist or any relevant experience.
· V. good command of English.
· Excellent in customer service, negotiation & communication Skills.
· Problem-solving abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs.
· Fresh Graduates can apply.
