Assistant HR Manager
Responsibilities:
The Assistant HR Manager will work closely with the HR Manager and top management to support various human resources functions and initiatives within the organization in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
*Coordinate and oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and new employee orientation.
*Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance, support, and resolution to employees and managers.
*Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
*Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees and vendors.
*Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and tracking employee participation.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other employee-related information.
*Prepare HR reports and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
*Stay current on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
*10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
*Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and managers.
*Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
*Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
*Proficient computer skills, including experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
*SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
