Saudi Arabic Voice Actor Wanted – $20–$30/hr Remote Contract

About the job

Position: Arabic (Saudi) Voice Actor

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20–$30/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Record high-quality Saudi Arabic voice samples for AI training projects.
  • Interpret scripts with accurate emotions, intonation, and natural speech patterns.
  • Ensure recordings meet strict audio and linguistic quality standards.
  • Collaborate remotely with linguists and project teams to implement feedback.
  • Participate in review sessions and provide revisions or re-takes as needed.
  • Maintain consistent delivery and meet recording timelines.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Saudi Arabic with clear, expressive diction.
  • Professional voice acting experience with strong emotional range.
  • Access to professional audio recording equipment and a quiet recording environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow creative direction and technical guidelines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
  • What’s the Work?

You’ll be recording Saudi Arabic voice samples used to train AI language and speech models. That means reading scripts, interpreting them with the right emotion and intonation, and delivering recordings that sound natural — not like someone reading off a page.

This isn’t audiobook narration or commercial voiceover in the traditional sense. The audience is an algorithm, which actually makes the technical quality requirements even stricter. The AI needs clean, expressive, linguistically accurate speech to learn from. Sloppy recordings don’t make the cut.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Recording high-quality Saudi Arabic voice samples for AI training datasets
    • Interpreting scripts with accurate emotion, intonation, and natural speech patterns
    • Meeting strict audio and linguistic quality standards on every take
    • Collaborating remotely with linguists and project teams
    • Participating in review sessions and delivering revisions when needed
    • Maintaining consistent delivery across recording sessions and hitting deadlines

    What You Actually Need

The most important thing here is authenticity. Native or near-native fluency in Saudi Arabic — with clear, expressive diction — is the baseline. If your Arabic sounds like it belongs to a specific region but not Najd or Hejaz, this probably isn’t the right fit.

    Beyond that:

    • Professional voice acting experience with real emotional range (not just a nice voice — range matters)
    • A proper home recording setup: quiet room, good microphone, audio interface if possible
    • Ability to take direction and implement feedback from linguists without ego getting in the way
    • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

    The Numbers

At $20–$30/hour for 10–40 hours a week, the math works out to anywhere from $800 to $4,800 a month depending on how much work you take on. For a remote contract role with no commute and flexible hours, that’s genuinely competitive — especially for voice talent based in Egypt or the broader Arab world earning in USD.
