Administrative Assistant For Tam Group
Job brief
Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.
Tasks:
Contact point between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Responsible of office supplies
Writing reports, minutes, briefs, and making presentations,
Assist sales team in writing offers and tenders.
Maintain office filing system.
Skills:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Microsoft Office applications
Arabic and English language proficiency- Excellent verbal and written.
Good communications skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Qualifications:
University degree
