Customer Service Representative for EgyptSupplier
We’re hiring an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative for our new Website.
Our E-Commerce Customer Service Representative will be a key contributor to growing our business and will work very closely with our vendors, sales, and product management team.

Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers.
Answering questions about a company’s products or services
Processing orders and transactions
Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
Delivering information about a company’s offerings
Providing proactive customer outreach
Handling customer complaints
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
Responding to customer review
Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.
Handel and solve customer complains.
Work hours: 8 hours
