Customer Care Agent (6 months role) for Schneider Electric

Schneider Electric is seeking a Commercial Support Agent who will be located in Cairo and responsible for remotely
supporting our customers in Middle East & Africa for the best use of SE technology. Be a trusted advisor, provide prompt
and trusted resolutions during pre-sales and after-sales cycle time.
Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!
Provide Customer support related to:
Commercial Support (P&A, Product selection, Catalogue questions)
Logistics: Order Entry / Mgmt
Returns Handling (Admin)
Listen to the Customer, understand the needs carefully & give top priority to answer in the best way.
Receive, Register and solve all customer requests.
Responsible of getting continuous updates from Knowledge based and inform concerned parties.
Increase the level of customer satisfaction To be measured Quarterly through survey and random calls to ensure the
quality of reply.
BSc. degree or equivalent
SAP Knowledge is a plus
Fluency in English is a must.
interpersonal, communications with good time management skills.
Able to work with Multicultural environment with regional responsibilities –
Professional user of Microsoft Office.
Working with a team.
Adhering to the principals & values.
Ability to work under pressure.
Learning & Researching.
Adapting and responding to changes
