Role and Responsibilities:
1- Reception and welcome
2-Check-in and check-out for students and university staff
3- Managing reservations for university housing and verifying customer data and payments
4-Ensuring the quality of services within the university housing
5- Internal supervision department on the condition of the rooms to ensure their validity
6- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
7- Communicate with the various departments within the university to report any housing problems
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotels or any relevant higher qualification
2- Must have two years experience as a hotel reservations and reception
3- Excellent in Written and Spoken English.
Other requirements:
•Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate University Work schedules.
•Must be willing to ask for guidance when unsure how to proceed, but also have independence when a project is clearly defined.
•Communication skills.
•Strong networking skills
