C-Level Office Manager at Ghabbour Auto
- Following up on the actions taken through tracking and writing down the minutes of meeting and Coordinating any meetings with other departments.
- Handle Calendar Management for the C-level including scheduling of appointments
- Tracking the attendance of the training for the employees
- Assisting budgeting for the Business Unit.
- Monitoring the Business Unit monthly expenses & amending with finance
- Creating a database for the Ethics complains.
- Writing down the MOM and following up on the actions taken.
- Schedule, prepare meeting/&events
- Responsible for stationary, toners and cards PR.
- PRs of all the C-levels and VIPs cars of all the company.
- Supporting team in the car fleet ordering & Handling.
- Scheduling the driver, the weekly & monthly
- Assisting in any additional projects.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any other equivalent degree.
- Excellent Command of Microsoft office suite.
- Excellent Command of English
- Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October residents are preferred
