Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan shipments based on OBD and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, COO, Packing list, bills of lading)
- Coordinate the supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
- Communicate with customers, shipping lines, trucker, ports, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Schedule loading plan taking into consideration WHs shifts capacity and vessel schedules
- Maintain updated reports of shipments and send to customers
- Provide information to customers about the status of their shipments, sudden regelation,
- Follow up the customer complains (if any) to close internal with clear action plan and responsibility
Key Competencies & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Logistics/Transportation/Supply Chain
- 0-2 years of experience
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator is recommended
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Ability to work with different internal and external teams and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (SAP)
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
