Job Description
- Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the stores.
- Communicate with marketing team to establish strategies and design concepts for seasonal product launches and displays.
- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
- Sales staff Training.
- Responsible for the Sales Staff Uniforms
- Participate in all brands Collection merchandising.
- Report any problem/request to the management.
- Ensure Quality Control in the stores through regular inspection visits
- Monitor the Sales Team appearance (Uniform- Name tags- Grooming)
- Responsible for stores printings (business cards, signs, giveaways & catalogs).
- Responsible for all sales-related materials (Bags – Bags Stickers – Business Cards – Garments Covers …, etc)
- Responsible for Creating and updating Catalogs for all the company’s brands.
- Updating all brands company profiles
- Online Sales coordination
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Ability to analyse sales merchandising reports and survey results.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Experience: 2-3 Years
- Proven interpersonal skills with strong coaching and leadership skills for team development.
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint
