Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing a social media strategy based on competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Creating editorial calendars and syndication plans
- Collecting and analyzing relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and applying this gathered information
- Collaborating with other departments (creative, commercial, and project management) in order to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Planning and managing monthly promotions.
- Monitoring and evaluating the company’s social media presence and performance by using analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Hoot suite Pro, and Facebook Insights.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Proven 2–3 years of experience as a social media marketing specialist or as a digital media specialist
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Knowledge of other platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of the major marketing channels
- Being detail and customer-oriented character with good multitasking and organizational abilities along with having a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations
