Job Description

Customer Relation Specialists are the company’s real asset, responsible for managing the customer journey, from initial contact and all the way to closure, responsibilities include:

  • Calling Prospective interested Customers, filtering qualified and non-qualified for mortgage.
  • Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via email.
  • Follow up with customers on documents required.
  • Advise customers on the mortgage process
  • Update CRM effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with Team Members, and third party stakeholders
  • Developing a full understanding of the real estate marketplace, and mortgage process
  • Location: Sheikh Zayed (Saraya Mall)

Job Requirements

  • Attitude: (you must be cooperative; team working is a must).
  • Hard-working: (40 hrs./week; we have a target to achieve).
  • Sociable: (is a must; you will be dealing with a lot of people).
