Main Responsibilities :
- support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, , talent management, OD and people operations
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Design and review all job descriptions, Job profile and competencies.
- Advertise job openings internally and through recruitment channels.
- Perform orientation sessions and contract signing for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews.Oversee people operation Processes, Social Insurance Process, payroll, Manage Labor Office Relations,
- Ensure compliance and communications with all existing policies and procedures governmental and labor requirements.
- Managing, supervising, and representing all personnel-related issues including the following : – Investigations – Archiving – Termination and release. – Contracts.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent – Master degree in HRM is a plus
- Proven working experience as HR assistant manager or other HR executive Knowledge of HR systems and databases
