Job Description

  • Install and configure computer (hardware, Software).
  • Daily monitor and maintain computer systems.
  • Respond to all queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Replace hardware spare parts as required.
  • Daily task reporting.
  • Support and implement new GIU applications.
  • Provide training on the GIU systems.

Qualifications

  • Good Knowledge of computer hardware parts.
  • Hard worker, Self-motivated.
  • Having excellent time management
  • Able to work under pressure and stay late hours when required.
  • Excellent English language usage (written & spoken).
  • Preferred Presentation skills.
