I. JOB PURPOSE

 

The recruiter will be responsible for ensuring the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.

II. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING/ TECHNICAL SKILLS

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelors degree in any of the relevant fields.
  • 1-3 year of experience in Recruitment preferably in the retail industry, hands on experience in mass hiring is a plus.
  • Time Management & Achievements Oriented mindset.
  • Great interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite; Word /Excel / Outlook/ PowerPoint
  • Data Oriented
  • Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
  • Organized and has a positive attitude

III. JOB RESPONSABILITIES

  • Manage end to end hiring activities/ plans for new hires with relevant stakeholders & line managers
  • Create & publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates through social media & other potential sources
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Continuously enhancing & digitalizing the hiring and onboarding process to be efficient and productive for all new hires
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
  • Create reports to ensure proper tracking of hiring & probation period
  • Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
