Job Description
- Handling employee flow processes such onboarding, transfers, resignations, or termination procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews & Proceed with the resignation process.
- Follow up the implementation of the company’s HR policies and its representation in front of all Governmental Authorities and institutions.
- Implementing the company’s policy regarding the vacations system.
- Follow-up of attendance, and vacations for employees.
- Work on the (Delta) program for personnel affairs, which includes the balance of vacations, penalties, attendance, departure and overtime.
- Performing personnel-related tasks such as maintaining the HR archive, and employees’ files, preparing contracts, and HR letters, and responding to staff inquiries/questions.
- Handling communication with the medical insurance account manager, and coordinating the medical benefit in matters of members’ additions/ deletions and medical claims processing and review.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- 1-3 Proven experience as an HR
