Budgeting & Planning Sr. Analyst at Palm Hills Developments

 

Job Description:

  • Assisting with the financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, establishing financial models, preparing projections, and conducting research and analysis.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating financial reports.
  • Analyzing actuals against budget/ forecast for current and previous years.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.
  • Assisting with budgeting and monthly closing..
  • Understanding key business drivers.
  • Performing all types of spending control activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Certified Management Accountant is a plus.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting field preferably with real estate background.
  • Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle ERP system and MS office.
