Job Description:
- Assisting with the financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, establishing financial models, preparing projections, and conducting research and analysis.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating financial reports.
- Analyzing actuals against budget/ forecast for current and previous years.
- Perform ad hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.
- Assisting with budgeting and monthly closing..
- Understanding key business drivers.
- Performing all types of spending control activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Certified Management Accountant is a plus.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting field preferably with real estate background.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP system and MS office.
