Job Description
• Knowledge of company data systems, ERP, and ability to provide technical knowledge and support to various customer groups. (technical support)
• Analyze development purposes, goals, and constraints and evaluate the effectiveness of modifications and improvements. Generate, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions to technical support
• Secure and sustain effective project sponsorship from end customers
• Manage systems implementation projects and define new requirements that need development by internal/external resources
• Coordinate and monitor systems testing, and perform implementation readiness
• Test systems developments in Sandbox before handing to system Admin for production implementation/ deployment
• Provide systems documentation
• Coordinate systems user training/testing
• Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users.
Job Requirements
• University degree in computer science, Engineering, or a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
