Job Description
– Organize and supervise shifts. | |||||
– Report timesheet on a monthly basis. | |||||
– Follow up training process new and current employees on proper customer service and kitchen operation practices. | |||||
– Coordinate with departments directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals and customer complaints if any. | |||||
– Responsible for the overall business functions of keeping the restaurants running. | |||||
– Ensure all materials/stock available on time (Material Replenishment). | |||||
– Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. | |||||
– Ensure quality check on all deliveries before dispatch. | |||||
